Monitoring and Evaluation committees:

ICTP formed an independent monitoring committee consists of specialists in different areas at the funded projects in order to monitor the project's implementation.

  • Prof.Dr./Hatem EL.Ballak-Minister Advisor of Higher Education.
  • Prof.Dr./Yasser EL.Dakrory-Executive Director for Egyptian University E-learning.
  • Prof.Dr./EL.Gharieb Zaher-Chairman of the Department of Education Technology at faculty of Education Mansoura university.
Digital libraries Monitoring committee:

These committees hold a monthly meetings with whom responsible for the implementation and the monitoring of ICTP  and the Higher Education Information Center; in order to undertake the following missions:
  1. Monitoring the implementation of ICTP activities and outputs.
  2. Review the implementation timetable to be compared with the suggested timetable.
  3. Evaluate the outputs quality and suggest the performance indicators.
  4. Agreement about any modification at the project's implementation plan.
