Digital Library Goals:

1. Managing and administrating the EUL consortium.

2. Coordinating and selecting the e-resource.
3. Managing the negotiations process with the e-resource publisher or aggregators.
4. Planning, managing and providing technical support for the EUL automation projects.
5. Providing technical support and administrating the process of building the EUL union catalog.
6. Administrating the process of building a national database of theses and dissertations.
7. Standardizing the automated library system according to a comprehensive list of specifications for the integrated library system.
8. Planning and hosting training programs for the EUL librarians, the university scholars, and students.
9. Participating and presenting the consortium in the national and international conferences.

10. Preparing a unified pricing policy and a business model for the consortium participants.
